ARTSENS® Plus

ARTSENS Plus is a comprehensive early vascular health assessment device. It is the only instrument that can measure local carotid artery stiffness, aortic pulse wave velocity, central blood pressure and brachial blood pressure, all in a single test. It is a versatile tool for early vascular health assessment and clinical research on vessel wall dynamics.

Clinical Study of Artsens Devices

4000+

Subjects

The device has been successfully validated on more than 4000 subjects in 6 hospitals. We have also completed a field study in rural Chennai on 1000+ subjects recently

Clinical Study of Artsens

06

Clinical Studies

We have validated the accuracy and repeatability of measurements against ultrasound imaging systems. We have observed age-dependent increase in stiffness detected by ARTSENS. We have also seen increase in vascular stiffness associated with presence of multiple cardio-metabolic risk factors.

Clinician Testimonies

Clinicians who have used our devices appreciate the usability and value offered by the tech in screening and diagnosis.

This ARTSENS device is unique as it allows for a straight-forward strategy and image-free approach to evaluate vascular health. The simple and non-invasive nature of the ARTSENS are important advantages for clinical practice.

Prof. Dick Thijssen

Radboud University Medical Center

We want the information only from the stiffness of the artery point of view, so if a device can do only that, it’s much more easier to use, much more easier to interpret and much more easier to train people on this and much more easier to deploy across the country.

Dr. S. Suresh

MediScan

ARTSENS a portable, easy to use device that can take early vascular health assessment from the realm of scientific research to clinical and field deployment.

Dr. Dinu S Chandran

AIIMS, Delhi

In an addition to the traditional risk factors like age, diabetes, body mass index, cholesterol, hypertension.
Arterial stiffness itself has been proved to be a strong predictor for cardiovascular events.

Dr. R. Ravikumar

Thambiran Heart & Vascular Institute

In a vascular stiffness now the machines are quite big and in an epidemiological sort of atmosphere you cannot take them there. People who are interested in preventive care they will welcome this.
